About G & A
The Grades and Attendance Workbook computes the attendance and the grades
that you enter for one child. Excel G & A was designed for
homeschoolers who want to keep up with grades and
attendance
Microsoft Excel
I made the G&A files with Microsoft Excel 2002. The files are fully compatible with MS Excel.
OpenOffice
OpenOffice, a free office software that can be downloaded from openoffice.org, will work with the Grades and Attendance files with the exception that in the points version it does not calculate grades when they are entered as fractions. I recommend that if you use OpenOffice, use Grades and Attendance: Whole Number or 48.

G & A Versions
I have several versions of G & A.
I have two versions called Points and Whole Number.
Points and Whole Number simply indicates the form of number that grades are when added. In order to understand what that means, I will explain each one below.
Points [help file] [download page]
Enter grades as a fraction, decimal, and percentage such as 33/35, 0.9, and 90%.
Whole Number [help file] [download page]
Enter grades with numbers such as 87, 91.3, and 100.
